I have seen CPS harass, threaten and take children away from parents for far less. Was this town’s system overloaded or what happened that this child wasn’t permanently removed a long time ago?! CPS told me here in Kentucky, and I quote their exact words, “Well, we don’t go to peoples homes to see if their houses are clean. So there’s nothing we can do about that.” In which I replied that living in filth is neglect AND abuse! That is disgusting he was 5 Kindergarten age or pre School, that SPS person should also go to jail, or maybe she doesn’t know what it means to have a clean House. I wouldn’t allow my dog to live in that filth. If someone leaves their home in that condition, there are other things going on also. They cleaned it up for a while until the CPS visits stopped then they were right back to filth and squalor again. CPS is useless. I called twice to report neglect and abuse of three children 3 and under and they wouldn’t even do a welfare check to even look at what was going on. Eventually, the mother had her mugshot in the paper, she was busted for heroin and there was heroin within reach of the three children. I called CPS a third time to tell them off! Doesn’t surprise me! You be surprised how many people live like this! Beautiful house on the outside and a filthy pig pen inside. And child protective services say this is ok for kids to live. Nope, these are the parents that killed a little boy and buried him in the backyard and said he was missing reported him missing Jesus it’s so confusing you got three little boys being abused in this world and we can’t even keep those straight. You know, I’ve seen places way worse than this and the people had a kid too but no one ever took him away. But yeah, everyone failed that poor kid, I hope the parents go to jail and are taken care of by someone who wants justice.

A good question is “DOES CPS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE A CHILD FROM ITS HOME”? Bottom line is if a child is removed from a home, that case goes before a Judge. If CPS has had dealings with said Judge or Judges does the Judge back the CPS worker or side with the easy way out and return the said child to the parents. This is not a one-way street there are many actors involved in a child’s life. INVESTIGATION should be CPS, POLICE, and JUDGES as well as the DA. They haven’t traced her last text signal yet? That seems like the obvious starting place. Are there witnesses to pinpoint her husband’s location all day? Street cams that picked up her tag? So many questions. This is so sad! They say she was on the phone with her husband moments before she disappeared. She never made it to pick up her 3-year-old son on her drive home. I have a bad feeling this is one of those horrible situations where she may have made a quick stop somewhere and was kidnapped so some psycho could steal her baby. Or maybe the husband decided to hire someone to make her disappear? I hope none of this is the case but how could she just vanish like that? ate to say it, but her husband or boyfriend sounds a little fishy… Who reported her missing? If he thought his wife was close to going into labour or was tired and couldn’t drive, wouldn’t he be out looking for her? Or did it say somewhere that I missed that he was? It doesn’t sound to add up. I hope and pray for the best.
